In the MQM, the country's largest media center with offices and corresponding media facilities was created on 40,000 square meters spread over three different buildings (MQM 1, MQM 2 and MQM 3).

MQM 3 was the last of the three buildings to be constructed and completes the MQM campus. The two brick buildings were joined by a modern new building, which provides a total of 35,000 m2 of gross floor space. Here, too, an attempt was made to meet the modern requirements of a modern office of the 21st century - high-performance IT cabling, modern air conditioning systems and energy-efficient measures such as free cooling - can be found in MQM 3.
Marx Restauration continues an old tradition at the abattoir. There was already a restaurant on these very premises in the days of the slaughterhouse. Since 2003, Marx Restauration has been serving the MQM and its guests with ever-changing dishes and - especially in summer - cool drinks.
The marx.loft in this building also offers a location for events, but above all for presentations, workshops and the like.
